🛒 How can I order a custom silicone mold?
Our custom molds are made based on your specific measurements and logo. To provide an accurate quote, we’ll need the following:
1️⃣ Dimensions (height x width x depth)
2️⃣ Black & white logo file (JPG or PNG)
3️⃣ Intended use (chocolate, butter, soap, resin, etc.)
4️⃣ Shipping location (city/country)
5️⃣ Your contact email

📎 How do I send my logo?
You can attach your logo in PDF, JPEG, PNG, or SVG formats directly when you send us a message: https://moldesilicona.shop/pages/formulario. Remember: the design must be in black and white to ensure the best result.
🔁 Can I return or exchange a custom mold?
No. Since each mold is custom-made, returns and exchanges are not accepted once the design is approved.
We’ll send a preview and process photos before production so you’re confident in the result.
🖼 Can I order a mold using one of the logos shown in the photos?
The logos displayed are examples of past work and are not for sale.
You’re welcome to choose any shape shown and customize it with your own logo or design.
🔍 How can I be sure the result will match what I want?
Once we receive your details, we’ll send a 3D design preview for your approval.
You’ll also receive photos of the process, which is done using high-resolution resin 3D printing to ensure precise, professional detail.
🍫 Are your silicone molds food-safe?
Yes. Our molds are made with platinum-cure, food-grade silicone, free from BPA, lead, and phthalates.
They’re dishwasher safe and can be used in the oven (up to 392°F / 200°C), fridge, or freezer.
