🔹 Custom mold manufacturing process:

Each mold is made to the exact measurements and logo provided by the customer.

Once the design is approved, production begins. No exchanges or returns are accepted.

🔹 Available sizes and shapes:

Our shop displays a variety of mold examples. These are just examples of our work; your mold will be made exclusively for you.

🔹 Required information for a quote:

1️⃣ Measurements: Height × Width × Depth

2️⃣ Logo: Black and white line art (JPG or PNG format)

3️⃣ Intended use: Chocolate, butter, soap, resin, etc.

4️⃣ Shipping address

🔹 Production and design:

A 3D design simulation will be created for your approval before production.

For special shapes, an STL file is required for 3D printing.

Photos of the process will be shared for your approval.

Prototypes are created using high-precision 3D printing, allowing for detailed designs.

It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure the design is suitable for the intended material (e.g. fine details may not transfer well to chocolate).

We do not guarantee results for different materials (chocolate, butter, soap, resin, etc.).

No returns or exchanges are accepted due to the custom nature of the product.

Molds are always made with premium silicone. Color may vary from photos.

Food grade molds are made with platinum silicone, BPA-free, lead-free, and phthalate-free. Dishwasher and oven safe up to 200ºC (392ºF).
