Once the design is approved, production begins. No changes or returns are accepted.

A 3D design simulation will be created for approval before production.

For special shapes, an STL file for 3D printing is required.

Photos of the process will be shared for approval.

Prototype are created using high-precision 3D printing, allowing for detailed designs.

It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure the design is suitable for the intended material (e.g., fine details may not transfer well to chocolate).

Food-grade molds are made with platinum silicone, BPA-free, lead-free, and phthalate-free. Safe for dishwashers and ovens up to 200ºC (392ºF).
